  • We do not store, access, or retain your complete credit card numbers, CVV security codes, or banking information.
  • Every transaction is securely processed through Shopify Payments using industry-leading encrypted payment technology.

6. Billing Verification

To help prevent fraudulent transactions, please ensure that your billing information exactly matches the records maintained by your payment provider. Orders identified by our automated fraud prevention systems may be temporarily delayed or cancelled in order to protect the security of the cardholder.

7. Refunds

All refunds are processed in accordance with our official Refund & Return Policy. Once a refund has been approved, it will be completed within 7 business days and credited back to the original payment method used during checkout.
